New Podcast: Let’s Talk About Your Twenties
Recording Now, Coming Soon
Here’s a small post with a big announcement: I’m launching a podcast!
On this Substack, we’ve been talking about having time for new things as our kids grow up and leave the house. With my own kids out of the house, I have time for new things too.
My most exciting new project is a podcast I’m starting called Let’s Talk About Your Twenties. The title credit goes to my daughter who, when she was little, used to put on my high heels—my work shoes—and walk around the house saying, “Let’s talk about your twenties!”
The name is perfect because it says what it does. Each episode, I’ll be joined by a real live twentysomething who’s got something on their mind. Trying to make a big decision? Feeling lost and not sure which way to go? Sliding, not deciding, at work or in love? Struggling with ADHD or anxiety or depression? Having trouble finding friends? Addicted to your phone or something else? Whether it’s a problem you want to solve or a change you want to make, I’m here to help. No topic is off-limits. I’ve heard it all.
I’ll be announcing the podcast on Instagram soon, but as my Substack community, you’re the first to know. If you know a twentysomething who’s always wanted to have a session with me, here’s their chance to record one. Just share this post with twentysomethings who might want to join the conversation and/or send them to www.megjay.com/podcast for next steps.
Let’s Talk About Your Twenties is an audio-only podcast—listeners will be able to see me but not my guest—and real names won’t be used.
